Nevada Senate approves $12.4 million for UNLV, UNR capital projects

The Nevada Senate on May 31, 2025, passed Senate Bill 427 to make capital appropriations for the Nevada System of Higher Education, including $6,200,000 for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and $6,200,000 for the University of Nevada, Reno, by a 19-0 recorded vote.
