The Assembly Committee on Health and Human Services voted May 31 to give a due-pass recommendation to Senate Bill 494, a measure that makes revisions relating to health and human services and is sponsored by the Committee on Finance on behalf of the Office of Finance and the Governor.

Davis Florence of the committee policy staff summarized the bill and noted it was heard previously in joint committee on May 27 and that no amendments were pending. In work session, Vice Chair Wynne moved the do-pass recommendation and Assemblymember Hunt seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
