The board conducted a roll call and the motion carried. Directors on the roll call recorded "Aye," and the meeting proceeded to the next agenda item.

The board noted that the agency must still meet deadlines associated with the Court of Appeals and asked interested parties to accelerate efforts where possible. Staff will reconvene stakeholders and return a revised ordinance or report to the board when the issues are resolved.
