The Southborough Conservation Commission voted to continue two public hearings and approved a certificate of compliance for a recent stormwater management permit.
Commissioners voted by roll call to continue the notice of intent for 26 Meadow Lane (Map 56 Lot 14) — a flexible development proposal described in the meeting as three single-family units and one duplex unit — to the commission’s next meeting on January 23, after the conservation agent said revised plans had not been submitted. Melissa (staff member) told commissioners, “We have not received any revised plans, so we've asked the continuance to our next meeting, which is on 23rd.”
The commission also voted to continue a separate notice of intent for 120 Turnpike Road (Map 37 Lot 120-4), a proposed 60-unit apartment building, to January 23.
Separately, the commission approved issuing a Certificate of Compliance (COC) for the stormwater management permit for 0 Marlboro Road — identified in the meeting as the St. Mark’s parking lot — after a follow-up review from peer reviewers found the installed measures to be consistent with the approved plan. Melissa reported that reviewers returned “0 comments” and recommended issuing a complete COC and recording the ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) documentation.
