The Lakeville Conservation Commission voted Jan. 14 to issue an order of conditions for 24 Bedford Street (DEP file SE 192891) and approved standard Lakeville conservation special conditions including a new requirement that all disturbed slopes and landscaped areas be loamed and seeded using a native hydroseed mix or otherwise stabilized with erosion control blankets.

Commissioners said staff and the applicant had reviewed the town’s standard conservation conditions, stormwater management conditions and construction‑phase requirements. Conservation staff confirmed they had met with the applicant’s representative and incorporated the requested change (the native seed mix) into the standard conditions prior to the vote.

The motion to issue the order was made and seconded at the meeting; the commission voted in favor. Staff will add the approved conditions to the final order and transmit them for recording and implementation.
