Lakeville Conservation Commission continued review of an RDA for 51 Shore Avenue on Jan. 14 and asked the applicant to return on Jan. 28 with clarified plans that show (at minimum) a tanker or dewatering plan on site, a designated dewatering area, siltation/silt fence details, and a formal agent notification procedure.

Staff noted the applicant added a note that the existing well will be decommissioned when public water is available; commissioners said other items the commission requested (truck/tanker provision, hay bale or siltation lines, and agent notification) were not yet shown on the drawings. The commission asked the applicant to attend the next meeting to answer remaining questions and to revise the plan to depict the requested erosion‑control and dewatering measures.

Commissioners voted to continue the RDA to Jan. 28 at 6:30 p.m.
