4) Route 18/79 (Myrick Street / Rhode Island Road project) — Motion to close the hearing and issue an order of conditions with a 45‑day period to incorporate Taunton Conservation Commission conditions, Army Corps of Engineers authorization, and MassDOT comments prior to the start of construction. Motion carried. Applicant must provide required agency letters before construction begins.
5) 51 Shore Avenue (RDA) — Motion to continue to Jan. 28 at 6:30 p.m.; applicant to provide dewatering/tanker plan, a delineated dewatering area, siltation controls and agent notification, and to appear in person.
6) 160 Bedford Street (enforcement/NOI) — Motion to continue to Jan. 28; commission requested certified removal manifests and a limited removal action report after contaminated soil removal and asked staff to obtain a peer review estimate.
7) 9 Cross Street — Motion to continue to Jan. 28; owner asked to provide deed‑restriction language for legal review by town counsel; stop‑work remains in place until recording and required conditions are met.
8) Meeting minutes for Sept. 10, Sept. 24 and Oct. 22, 2024 — Motion to approve minutes as presented; motion carried.
9) Adjournment — Motion to adjourn carried.
