Inspector: recent license inspections in compliance; retail association membership at 39

Board inspector Mr. Thompson told the Alcohol Beverage Board on Oct. 13, 2011 that he had conducted 224 full inspections and rechecks so far this year and 28 inspections since the board's last meeting. He reported that the licensees inspected were in compliance with regulations and best-practice recommendations.

The board's Retail Beverage Association representative said the association has 39 paid members so far this year and will send a second membership mailing; the representative encouraged nonmembers to consider joining and said the association meets the first Tuesday of each month.

The inspector's compliance report and the association's membership update were delivered as routine business and no enforcement issues were raised during those reports.
