- Approval of minutes from the Jan. 7 finance committee meeting (motion carried by voice vote).
- Placement of January budget transfers totaling $219,635.05 on the Feb. 20 action agenda (motion moved/seconded; voice vote carried).
- Approval to place the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit (member services) budget share for 2025–26 on the Feb. 20 action agenda; North Penn’s share was described as $218,592 (approximately a 4% increase over the prior year) and the IU Board had already approved the IU budget (motion carried by voice vote).
