The Town of Southborough Library trustees on Feb. 19 called the meeting to order and conducted routine business including approval of minutes and adjournment.

A motion to call the meeting to order at 11:09 a.m. was made and seconded; the meeting was recorded as called to order. The trustees later considered minutes from Jan. 21, 2025. After a pair of edits were noted, trustees moved and seconded approval of the minutes as amended. The motion passed with recorded “aye” votes by Tinti, Maney and Ekberg.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:14 p.m.; a motion to adjourn was moved and seconded and the vote was recorded in the affirmative.
