House Bill 11-21, a measure staff and the sponsor described as accomplishing the same outcome for donation deeds generally as House Bill 13-99, was presented briefly and approved by the Senate committee by voice vote.

Sponsor Senator Gary Stubblefield introduced the bill and told the committee it "just simply does the same thing the other bill accomplished in regard to tax forfeitures." The committee recorded no questions from members and no public testimony on the item.

Senator Peyton moved the bill, Senator Sullivan seconded, and the committee approved the measure by voice vote.
