The Fall River Conservation Commission met March 3 at the Public Hearing Room, 1 Government Center. Commissioners tabled multiple agenda items for further information, approved administrative permit updates for a previously permitted industrial site, approved prior meeting minutes and adjourned.
Items tabled by motion included review and updates on Bell Rock, adopting fee structures pending state action, outstanding enforcement orders, and a series of Notices of Intent and related filings. Specific filings tabled included: SE‑24‑843 (owner Marco Fritz, 565 Detroit St.), SE‑24‑844 (owner Omar Espar, 1 Bridal St.), SE‑24‑847 (John Henry / Harkins and Whitfield LLC, 121 Whitfield St.), SE‑24‑850 (owner Antonio Maderas, 44 Captain Circle), NRAD SE‑24‑851 (1 Shaw Street LLC — ANRAD; see separate article), Weaver Cove Industrial Park LLC (post‑clear restoration), and a Hyde Development LLC proposal for 21 townhouses on South Beacon Street. Many of these items were tabled because applicants had not submitted required documents or the commission lacked a file number.
The commission approved the partial certificate of compliance removing Lot 2 from an earlier order of conditions and then approved an amended order for the remaining lots for the BMD Companies LLC matter (see separate article for details). The commission also approved the minutes from its Feb. 3 meeting and voted to adjourn.

Many tablings were recorded because required documentation (delineation documents, Board of Health approvals, or file numbers) had not been submitted. Several motions were carried by unanimous or multiple ayes on roll call; the transcript records affirmative “Aye” responses but does not consistently list individual member votes for every motion.
