The Feb. 13 minutes were approved by roll call with a recorded abstention: the committee recorded a 3‑0‑1 vote with one abstention.

The committee later voted to adjourn at the end of the March 4 meeting. The roll call on the motion to adjourn recorded ayes from committee members present and the chair.
