- Ratify claims and payroll for the period February 1 through February 28, 2025. Outcome: Passed.

- Approve minutes of the February 7, 2025 COPTA board meeting; approve consent docket and receive program and financial reports. Outcome: All motions passed as recorded.

What passed and next steps

- Procurement: Staff will advertise the garage-repair bid documents and return with results and a contract recommendation.

- Contracts/Leases: Staff will execute the approved lot lease effective April 1, 2025.

- Compliance filing: Staff will submit the adopted Title VI program update to the Federal Transit Administration in accordance with Circular 4702.1B.
