Staff presented a construction site plan (CSP) on April 23 for a warehouse‑office building of about 20,000 square feet at 357 Fourth Street. Amir Holmes, project manager, said the future land use is industrial and the zoning is industrial‑light.

City staff stated this is a minor development plan under the land development code and, because the building is under 25,000 square feet, it is not required to go to city council for public hearings and approvals. Representatives from community development, police, public works, fire and building departments reported no outstanding comments at the DRC during the presentation.

No decisions or formal votes took place; staff and applicant will proceed with revisions as required by standard plan‑review processes.
