The Development Review Committee reviewed a construction site plan on April 23 for a roughly 1,500‑square‑foot automated vehicle inspection (AVI) building at an existing Amazon warehouse. Amir Holmes, project manager, listed the future land use as industrial and zoning as PD.

Dexter Payne, project manager for Pond (the applicant’s consultant), summarized the outstanding comments: separate title page for civil plans, consolidating parking data per the land development code, and providing an exterior photometric lighting plan. Payne said the applicant will address the civil comments, update the parking plan and submit the photometric plans as required.

Departmental reviewers at the DRC reported no other outstanding items at the meeting. No votes or formal approvals were recorded; the applicant will resubmit revised drawings consistent with the DRC comments.
