The Revere City School Building Committee took a series of procedural votes at the start of the meeting.

Minutes: The committee approved the meeting minutes from Sept. 17 and Sept. 25. During the Sept. 17 minutes approval some members recorded abstentions (Nick Rystrom and Tom Skorowski each recorded an abstention for that item). The Sept. 25 minutes were approved without substantive comment.

Invoices: The committee approved three invoices by roll call:
- Left Field invoice #55 for $522,460 (motion to approve made and seconded; roll call approval recorded).
- Perkins Eastman invoice for October for $1,139,055.65 (motion by Tom Skorowski, seconded; roll call approval recorded).
- Consigli invoice for $140,646.39 (motion to approve moved and seconded; roll call approval recorded).

Other agenda items: The committee deferred Left Field amendment 9 to a future meeting to allow more time for scope development and team review.

All three invoices were approved by roll call with no recorded votes in opposition during their respective roll calls. Where abstentions were recorded in the minutes vote, those abstentions were noted during the meeting record.
