The Cottage Grove Library Board voted to approve an updated strategic plan for 2025–2028, incorporating edits discussed at prior meetings.

Board members said the edits—highlighted in the draft posted with the agenda—capture earlier feedback and will guide program and facility priorities through the plan period.

The board discussed the changes and then moved to adopt the plan. Eric (board member) moved to approve the strategic plan and Megan (board member) seconded the motion. The motion carried after a voice vote.
