The Bibb County Regular School District board approved a three-year subscription to Blocksy for student device monitoring and filtering at a cost of $52,179.49 to be paid from A&T funds.

Separately, the board approved multiple facilities and maintenance payments: AAA Environmental Services for stripping and waxing of hallways and common areas at West Lawton High School (June–July 2025) for $5,180 from district general funds; Brady Plus for tile, grout and partitions for restroom renovations at Randolph Elementary School for $10,000 from A&T funds; American Plumbing for fixture installation at Randolph Elementary School for $7,500 from A&T funds; and Classic Floor Care for restroom tile removal and installation at Randolph Elementary School for $7,500 from A&T funds.

The board approved payment to Jada Starcher for summer painting throughout the district at $15 per hour not to exceed $5,000 from district general funds. The board also approved payments for summer skills training sessions for extracurricular instructors: Haley Webb ($75 per session) for color guard training at West Lawton High School; Zoe Sellers ($65 per session) for summer training at West Lawton High School; and Susan Ottz ($75 per session) for majorette instruction at West Lawton High School. The meeting record identifies funding for these sessions as local school funds for West Lawton High School.

The board also approved declaring a surplus item: an Imperial 36-inch stove (model noted in record) at West Lawton High School.

All procurement and payment items were presented by the superintendent (or designee) and approved during the regular agenda; no opposed votes were recorded in the meeting transcript.
