At second reading, the commission approved an amendment to the city's parking schedule removing an existing one-hour southerly-side parking designation and adding "No Parking" for the entire southerly side of Mann's Court.

A commissioner moved to send the change to the City Council as the second reading; the commission voted in favor. The change will proceed to the City Council for final action under its ordinance schedule.
