The Robla School District Board of Trustees approved a consulting services agreement with Young Doll Consulting Group Inc. to provide material testing for field improvements at Bell Avenue Elementary, Glenwood Elementary School and Taylor Street Elementary School.

Staff said the testing will help the district decide whether to pursue a costly line-treatment for the fields; they described line treatment as a major cost driver and said the tests will guide the decision.

Trustees moved and seconded the motion and the vote carried unanimously. The meeting transcript does not record contract amounts or scheduled start dates for the testing.
