City staff on May 30 previewed three airport consent items to appear on the next council agenda: a license agreement for luggage carts at Eisenhower Airport, a new lease for an existing hangar at Jabara Airport, and a one-year extension of the U.S. Postal Service lease at Eisenhower.

City Manager said the one-year USPS extension is requested to provide time to negotiate a longer-term lease. The luggage-cart item and the hangar lease were described as routine consent items.

No formal votes were taken during the agenda-review session; the three items are slated for the consent agenda at the upcoming council meeting and will be subject to the standard consent-vote process. Staff did not detail lease terms or financial amounts during the preview.
