May 29, 2025 — The Pueblo County Board of County Commissioners approved a resolution allowing Arrive Ride LLC to operate secure transportation services in the county and issued associated vehicle permits under county policy.

Owner representatives for Arrive Ride LLC attended the meeting to answer questions on their application. County legal staff told the commissioners that the application had been reviewed and “complied with all of our standards,” and that state licensing is a separate component of the overall approval process.

The applicants said the company has been in the area for roughly three months and that this approval is part of the state and county licensing process for their secure-transportation business. Commissioners welcomed the business and encouraged the company to provide the service successfully in the community.

The board voted to approve the county permit and license resolution; the motion carried by voice vote.
