The office said it has three vehicles (two older ones in need of tires; a third vehicle was recently purchased) and requested supplemental funds to replace tires on two vehicles because the current tires have not been replaced since 2018 and are at higher risk of failure. The presenter cited a quoted tire replacement cost of approximately $700–$800 per vehicle and asked for an increase to cover that and expected cost escalation.

The office also requested funds for biannual agricultural mailings (even‑year mailers) that add to postage and mailing costs in 2026. Training and travel costs were expected to be slightly higher in 2026 due to required certification classes for new employees.
