Ms. Ryan presented the packet and said she had only one drawdown request this month: a consultant payment to the Adam Jones law firm. "That was the only thing I had," Ms. Ryan said while referring commissioners to the packet.

Commissioners moved to approve the drawdown and authorized signatures. One commissioner made the motion to approve, the chair seconded and commissioners voted in the affirmative during the meeting record. Staff indicated a single signed copy of the drawdown will be retained in county records.

The presenter did not ask for a work session on the ARPA drawdown and said most department requests are closed out; she told commissioners only a few recipients (daycare providers and a remaining city program) require follow up to finalize disbursement. The county’s ARPA coordinator said most infrastructure and city projects are complete and the health department and county attorney are finishing small remaining items.
