Housing authority staff told the Hawaiian Gardens City Public Housing Authority on June 25 that the authority will host a housing rights workshop for tenants and landlords on July 15 in the City Council Chambers.

"Wanted to let everybody know that we're having a housing rights, workshop on July 15 for tenants and landlords, and it will be here in the City Council Chambers beginning at 05:30," said a staff member.

The staff announcement did not provide details on registration, whether the workshop will be virtual or in person only, or whether there is a cost to attend. The meeting record shows the workshop is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. on July 15 and that it will be held at the City Council Chambers; additional information was not specified during the June 25 meeting.
