In a report to the City Council on July 3, the city clerk noted that at its July 2 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting staff presented a B2 mixed-use development plan for 300 North Kirkwood Road. The commission appointed a subcommittee to review the proposal and scheduled a site meeting for Thursday, July 17 at 9 a.m.

The clerk’s report to council was brief and did not include further detail about the plan or membership of the subcommittee. The council received the update as part of the city clerk’s administrative reports.

The subcommittee is intended to conduct a site review before the Planning and Zoning Commission continues its consideration of the proposed mixed-use plan.
