Fassett said the city will post the official results "today or by tomorrow morning, most likely today," and noted subcontractors listed with the low bid: "Subcontractor 1 is NorCal recycled rock and aggregates, And subcontractor 2 is TNT Paving Inc." The bid-opening session concluded with a statement that the process for posting results is underway.
