At the June 12 meeting the Inter‑Neighborhood Council appointed neighborhood representative Beth Boysen to serve on the Integrated Water Resources Plan (IWRP) public advisory committee.

Emily and other INC members described the role as a public advisory seat that will allow a neighborhood liaison to bring IWRP discussions and questions back to the council. The nomination was moved and seconded and the INC voted in favor.

Beth Boysen will report back to the INC on the committee’s work and provide a liaison link between the IWRP process and neighborhood associations. The appointment is advisory to the city’s IWRP process; the public advisory committee will continue its work independently under the city’s IWRP schedule.
