Twinsburg City Council on the evening of the meeting adopted Ordinance 59-20-25, an amendment to the city's codified ordinances that revise regulations governing the Architecture Review Board.

The ordinance, offered for adoption during the council meeting, passed on a 6-0 vote after a motion to adopt and a second. The council did not record substantive debate on the floor during the vote.

City staff and the architecture review board previously considered changes to streamline review and to clarify standards for signage and exterior modifications, according to the ordinance title read into the record. The ordinance will take effect according to the normal procedures for codified ordinance amendments unless the ordinance text specifies otherwise.

Councilmembers voting in favor were Post, Furey, Lavey, Walker, Bonacci and Bellen. The council provided no dissenting votes on the amendment and no amendments were recorded during the meeting.
