Ohio County Fiscal Court approved hiring Ross Philback as a seasonal parks employee, effective July 6, at a rate of $14.40 per hour, the court said.

A court member read the personnel action and members approved it by roll call. The hire is seasonal and the employee may work up to 40 hours per week while employed.

The court noted this was an additional seasonal hire and did not indicate it was a replacement for a permanent position. Staff will process the hire and notify payroll.
