At the June 24, 2025, Committee of the Whole meeting, the City of New Berlin voted unanimously to recommend that the common council approve alcohol licenses, designated agents and premise descriptions for the license year July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, contingent on satisfaction of all city requirements, including required inspections and payment of applicable fees.

The item was introduced as “Discussion and possible action to approve the alcohol licenses, designated agents, and corresponding premise descriptions as outlined in the attached list for the license year of 07/01/2025 through 06/30/2026, contingent upon the satisfaction of all city requirements.” The committee moved, seconded and approved the recommendation by voice vote.

No individual licensees, agents or premise descriptions were read into the public record during the committee discussion. Final issuance depends on completion of the inspections and receipt of fees as required under city licensing procedures.
