The planning board endorsed an ANR plan July 9 that moves a portion of Lot 58 (parcel A) to become part of Lot 73, adjusting areas so Oliveira Insurance retains office frontage at 1320 North Main while increasing the lot area behind at 302 Corey Street.
Staff said both lots remain conforming to zoning after the conveyance. The adjustment increases Lot 73 from about 10,000 to about 15,000 square feet and reduces Lot 58 to roughly 12,000 square feet. The stated purpose is to provide additional parking and create clearer lot boundaries prior to any sale of the rear multifamily property.
Michael Farias moved approval; Beth Andrei seconded. The board approved the endorsement by roll call. No public comment was recorded.
