Planning board tables Highland Woods surety items for further DCU review

The planning board voted July 9 to table agenda items 7–10 concerning Highland Woods surety and associated plan review until staff and the Department of Community Utilities complete their review. Chair and staff explained the submissions have not finished DCU review and that one remaining roadway item (Wood Street) is being processed separately. A motion to table items 7–10 carried by unanimous roll call. Board members did not discuss substances of the surety items at length during the motion to table; the board instead reserved action pending DCU comments and additional documentation.
