Staff proposed extending the existing administrative support agreement through the end of the calendar year while the Board crafts a new scope of services. Brent (staff) explained his current agreement runs through June 30 and recommended a six‑month extension while the Board determines future staffing or firm options.

A board member noted the extension gives time to evaluate whether to retain the current firm or pursue other firms or a different staffing model. The Board moved, seconded and approved the extension by roll call vote.

Implementation note: staff will use the extension window to work on a proposed scope and return options for the Board later in the year.
