The Webster County Board of Supervisors announced during its July 15 meeting that Crystal Lloyd will transition to the role of budget and finance director. The appointment was included on the meeting’s consent agenda, which the board approved earlier in the session.

Lloyd told the board she has worked for the county since 2015 and in the auditor’s office since 2017 in roles including drainage clerk, real estate clerk and elections. She said she completed an accounting degree last year and expressed enthusiasm for the new position. Supervisors publicly thanked Lloyd for her service and congratulated her on the appointment.
