The Fayetteville Board of Adjustments on July 7 voted to table BOA 2025-011, an item concerning 221 East Lafayette Street, after city staff reported the applicant asked to postpone the hearing while waiting for an official survey.

Staff said the applicant informed them they had not yet received the survey required to update the application materials. A board member moved to table BOA 2025-011 to the August 2025 Board of Adjustments meeting; the motion carried.

Staff and board members discussed briefly whether a formal vote was required to table; they concluded it was and recorded the motion and vote.
