Code Revision Commission staff told members the 2025 supplements are on schedule and asked whether the commission wanted staff to pursue a technical corrections project to consolidate state treasury fund creation sections under Title 19. Commissioners supported the project and asked staff to coordinate with fiscal offices.

Staff reported the supplements would be finished in early August, the online code updated in mid‑August, and printed supplements shipped in early September. Staff proposed preparing a technical corrections bill to consolidate creation sections for state treasury funds under Title 19 (Administration), and told commissioners the Bureau of Legislative Research's fiscal affairs office had indicated willingness to assist.

Representative Jimmy Gazzaway and other commissioners voiced support and suggested staff consult BLR fiscal affairs and the chairs of budget committees as the consolidation could affect fund administration. Commissioners gave staff direction to proceed with research and coordination for a corrections bill and to return with a draft for review.
