Commissioners discussed whether the two invoice items could be completed in a single visit to avoid duplicate travel charges; staff said they would confirm and ask the vendor to combine travel charges if both jobs are done together.

Commissioner action authorized payment not to exceed the vendor's combined quote, with the board president directing staff to ensure duplicate travel fees are removed if work is completed in one visit. The motion passed 3-0.

County staff also discussed a longer-term generator replacement for another county building and said they would seek local quotes for a smaller diesel generator appropriate for current needs.

No further action was taken at the meeting beyond the approved not-to-exceed authorization and staff follow-up with the vendor.
