Pratt County commissioners approved and signed a decommissioning bond for the Ennis Scott Platt Solar project for $7,276,502.13.

A county official moved to accept the decommissioning bond and read the amount into the record. “$7,276,502.13,” the official said when the bond figure was identified. Commissioners voted and the motion passed 3-0.

The board directed staff to file and distribute the signed documents to county and project contacts; staff agreed to retain the original bond paperwork and send copies to project and administrative contacts by email.

No additional conditions or amendments were recorded in the meeting minutes; the action was entered as a routine acceptance of required project financial assurance.
