Matt, a town staff member presenting the item, told the council, “What we put in your packet, the red lines, those are the only change. My understanding that FEMA requested these change from the one that you approved in August 2024.” Katrina, who joined the presentation, thanked staff for the partnership and said the work would continue: “We’ve got 5 more years to do it again.”

Councilor Heisler moved to approve Resolution No. 25-17-84, adopting the amended 2024 Navajo County multi-jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan; a second was recorded and the council voted to adopt the plan unanimously.
