- Carnival and fireworks permits: The board authorized the Millis Recreation Department to hold its annual carnival at the town park (June 26-29, 2025) with Finelli Amusement Company and approved a fireworks display on June 28, 2025, at 9:30 p.m.; motion moved and seconded; vote: unanimous.
- Water/sewer commitments: The board approved water/sewer commitments to the collector for February 2025 ($1,596.40) and the third quarter of FY25 ($977,378.31). Motions moved and seconded; votes: unanimous.
