Committee members approved the March 14 minutes after a single clerical correction: the transcript minutes listed the meeting opening time as “12AM” in one line but “12PM” at the bottom. Members voted to adopt the minutes with that amendment.

The approval occurred after a brief procedural exchange. A committee member moved to approve both the open-session and executive-session minutes; the motion was amended on the floor to include the time correction and then adopted. The committee then took a separate motion to adjourn the March 21 meeting; that motion was seconded and approved.

The meeting proceeded by roll call for both votes. Those recorded voting “yes” on the minutes and on adjournment were Heidi Fraile; Michael O’Brien; Anna Heraldecker; Rita Vogt; Carol Fischetti; Paul Alford; and the chair. No “no,” abstain, recusal, or absent votes were recorded in the transcript.

Meeting participants also reiterated a procedural point noted during the session: under rules governing executive sessions, the committee may not discuss executive-session topics at the open meeting and may only approve or reject executive-session minutes when they are before the body. No substantive policy items or personnel decisions were discussed during the March 21 meeting.
