Town staff told the Mooresville Redevelopment Commission on April 3 that the Main Street redevelopment project remains in design coordination and is slated to go to bid in August.

Staff said they have been included in design discussions between Banning Engineering and Indiana American Water so the town’s work aligns with utility relocations or improvements. No contract award or bid package was approved at the meeting, and no change to funding or schedule was adopted; staff said the project remains on a planning track toward an August bid and subsequent contracting.

Commissioners had no substantive questions and the item was noted for the record.
