Mason Roberts was sworn in as a new member of the City of Boulder Planning Board at the start of the April 1 meeting.

The board then held nominations and elections for chair and vice chair. Planning Board member Laura nominated Mark McIntyre for chair and spoke in support of his nomination; the board closed nominations and voted. Mark McIntyre was elected chair by a unanimous vote.

The board next nominated and elected a vice chair. Laura was nominated and seconded for vice chair by a board member. The Planning Board closed nominations and voted; Laura was elected vice chair by a unanimous vote. Members present voted by name during each roll call.

The board completed the procedural items and moved on to the evening’s public hearing agenda item.
