Council votes to adjourn to executive session to discuss property and competitive bidding

Near the end of the meeting, Councilmember John English moved that the council adjourn into executive session to consider the purchase and sale of property and competitive bidding and to invite the law director and the OMLPS director to attend. The motion was seconded and passed by unanimous voice vote.

The clerk recorded aye votes from council members present. Council indicated it would adjoin to Executive Session in Conference Room 1 and would adjourn the regular meeting directly from that location without returning to the chambers.
