Resident tells board a dumpster and bright light next to new preschool disrupt home

"It's next to my friend. It's really close to my kitchen, my bathroom, my bedroom, and then they put a big light pole. It's really bright in my backyard," Toy said, identifying her address as 1523 Park Street. She said the dumpster is visible from her kitchen and that the condition "really affect[s] my life." "I don't know what should I do," she said, asking the board to move the dumpster away from her backyard fence.
