MUNDELEIN, Ill. — The Mundelein Village Board voted to amend Chapter 5.76 of the Mundelein Municipal Code to adjust the number of class F liquor licenses in two items tied to local businesses.

One ordinance reduced the number of Class F-B licenses and increased authorized Class F licenses to accommodate Taste of Paris at 161 North Seymour Avenue; a second ordinance increased the number of Class F licenses for Cholinos Mexican Restaurant at 506 North Lake Street.

Trustees moved and seconded the ordinances; the clerk called the roll and recorded affirmative votes. Trustee Schwank and others answered “yes” on the record and the motions carried. The board’s action authorizes the code amendments necessary to issue or reallocate the local class F license allotments to the named businesses.

The ordinances were presented as routine local licensing adjustments tied to specific establishments and events. The changes enable the businesses to operate under the appropriate class F license category as defined in the municipal code.
