The Peabody Planning Board on Aug. 7 accepted a late communication from the applicant’s attorney and continued review of a site application for 15 Sylvan Street to Aug. 21, 2025. Board staff told members the applicant had recently signed a contract for peer review and that the review materials were not yet returned. Attorney John Kelty submitted a written late‑filed request to continue; a board member moved to receive the late communication and grant the extension to Aug. 21, and the motion passed unanimously. No substantive project discussion took place at the meeting; the continuance was procedural to allow the peer review process to complete.
