The City of Coldwater Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a resolution on June 18 establishing its regular meeting dates for the 2026 calendar year.

Board members approved Resolution No. 25 01 listing monthly meeting dates — January 21; February 18; March 18; April 15; May 20; June 17; July 15; August 19; September 16; October 21; November 18; and December 16 — during the board’s June 18 meeting. The motion was moved by Dave Sattler and seconded by Jim Bilsborough; the vote was recorded as 3–0 in favor.

The schedule was circulated to board members before the meeting, and no public comment or substantive discussion on the dates was recorded before the vote. The deputy clerk confirmed the board had a quorum of three regular members present for the action.

The approved schedule will be published with the board’s agenda materials and will govern the board’s regular monthly meetings in 2026. The board’s next scheduled meeting is July 16, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.
